Who We Are

BuiltLocal is operated by PH Products Inc (EIN 87-2129684), a California S-Corporation. Throughout these terms, "BuiltLocal," "we," "our," and "us" refer to PH Products Inc, operating under the BuiltLocal brand name. Billing, contracts, and legal obligations apply to PH Products Inc as the operating entity.

Service

BuiltLocal builds websites for local service businesses and provides AI receptionists that respond to customer SMS. We are not a law firm, accountant, or licensed service provider for your business — we provide software tools.

Billing

• $249 one-time setup fee, charged when your site goes live.
• $29/month (base) or $49/month (pro) recurring, charged monthly by Stripe.
• Cancel anytime — your service runs through the end of your current billing period.
• Refund policy: we want you to love your site. You see exactly what you're getting before you pay, so refunds aren't typical — but if something doesn't feel right, let us know and we'll make it right.

Cancellation

• Visit builtlocal.io/cancel or text CANCEL to +15625685923.
• Service ends at the end of your current billing period.
• Your site, AI receptionist, and custom domain will go offline on that date.
• Domain transfer available for a $40 processing fee.

Content ownership

• You own your business content (name, photos, text, customer data).
• We own the site code, template, and platform infrastructure.
• Your customers' SMS conversations with the AI are stored to power the receptionist service.

Liability

• BuiltLocal provides tools to help your business. We are not responsible for lost revenue, missed customers, or business outcomes.
• Our total liability in any dispute is limited to fees paid in the last 6 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll text you. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
