Throughout this policy, "BuiltLocal," "we," "our," and "us" refer to PH Products Inc, operating under the BuiltLocal brand name. All SMS messaging, billing, and legal obligations apply to PH Products Inc as the operating entity.

SMS / Mobile Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. SMS opt-in data and consent is collected only on builtlocal.io and is used solely to send the messages users have agreed to receive: website preview delivery, account updates, support responses, and AI receptionist replies for paying client businesses.

What we collect

• Business info sourced from public listings (Yelp, Google) for outreach: business name, phone, address, hours, services, photos.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
• Customer SMS: messages sent between your customers and your AI receptionist are stored so the AI can respond in context.
• Usage data: site views and AI conversation counts shown on your dashboard.

How we use it

• To contact businesses with sales offers via SMS.
• To build websites and power AI receptionists for paying customers.
• To improve the service.
• We never sell your data or your customers' data.
